Serious Questions Removed With No Explanation
Original post in this thread

Hi, now I'm getting a little upset. I wasn't upset before, but I am now. I posted several questions, first and foremost about the missing scientific information that used to be posted on your product pages, as well as my concerns about the massive increases in price. I've been a long time customer of over 10 years. Now my post has been removed with no explanation, no message to me, just a message stating that it's been removed by the moderators. Why. I've done nothing wrong, I didn't State anything wrong, I didn't source anything, I didn't swear, and even if I did, that would be a customer service issue. So why have you removed my post?
My concerns were valid, and my post was well constructed. I wrote it without the help of AI, I put a lot of time and effort into that post, proofreading it and making sure that it said what I wanted it to say. I take the time and effort when I write messages like this.
Further, I occasionally suffer from social anxiety (and sure many can relate) when it comes to confrontation, which often discourages me. Having my post now deleted, not only discourages me, but it makes me wonder why it was removed. It seems shady that my genuine questions were r…

Maybe I didn't communicate my perspective as well as I could have.
What irked me about the original post was the sense of entitlement; as though ND owed them a response, and by not (immediately?) doing so that it was some sort of travesty.
My intended points were that it's not some huge conspiracy or vendetta against OP, that ND is a private business and does not "owe" anything to anyone, that ND is already significantly more transparent than others, and finally, threats are never cool.
If this Reddit sub means leaving your family in the night, whilst ill, to deal with this BS, then probably you are literally the worse person in your company to be the "spokesperson". It was amazing at the start but one person doesn't scale.
Besides which your talent is rare and time precious. And being involved this intimately here subtracts from your quality of life, and sucks time and energy - it's only going to detract from the mission you stated above.
As a customer I would 1000x rather your efforts go into product/Business innovation than into anything Reddit-related.

No no, I got what you meant. I was just venting to you about the whole situation, not venting about your comment. I understood what you were saying with your comment. Sorry if mine was not clear. I've had a lot of DXM cough syrup today!
You will notice that I have not been on Reddit nearly as much lately. That's precisely because I have pulled back to focus on other things. I just have a lot of people that I know in the real world that are also Redditors, and they will text me if they see something they think I should jump in on. This one was sent to me.
