The strike is not over. It was suspended, but carriers kept services suspended till the backlog was worked through.

USPS resumes shipping to Canada tomorrow. We re-enabled USPS to Canada after hours last night, since they will go out Monday. I will say that no agreement was actually reached. The Canadian government just forced them to come back till May 22, 2025. If no deal is reached by then, the strike will resume... so better get your packages now!
