Outer plastic wrap intact, but inner safety seal not attached. Would you guys still use this?

I ordered lemon balm extract from Amazon… some people claim Amazon sells counterfeits but pretty sure all the ND supps are sourced directly from ND.
Anyway, the outer plastic wrap was not tampered with but when I took the lid off, the safety seal that’s supposed to seal the interior of the bottle under the lid peeled off and stuck to the top of the bottle cap.

Would you guys still use this considering the outer plastic wasn’t missing, or should I err on the side of caution and toss it?

Yeah, that should be fine. It looks like the induction seal just didn't get hot enough. You can see it did seal, but likely was pulled off when the cap unscrewed. That can happen if a bottle goes through the induction line too quickly, and doesn't heat up quite enough to seal perfectly. What's the lot number? I can have my QC/QC team investigate.
