The 10% Black Friday coupon is superfluous

It is also more characters to type than the year round “REDDITS” code, and only applies to orders $75 or more. Why not just make it 15%, or only have two sale tiers? Otherwise it is redundant.

Amazon doesn’t but they also pull shit by raising prices before discounting. I run the Keepa app on my desktop which shows price history under the product and man do they like to play games. I’ll take a code and get an actual discount over that any day.

Yeah, Amazon is its own beast. Most of that shit is a scam. I got better deals on Amazon the 2 weeks before Black Friday. Everyone just raises prices to make it seem like there is a deal. Our sale is an actual sale. The issue is that only smart customers recognize that. We go multiple comments from people saying our sale sucked. They would rather get 50% off prices that were just inflated, and be tricked into feeling like they got a deal, then to do the math and realize the situation. Hell, I ran through some scenario calculations for us, and depending on which products were in people's carts, we we losing money or barely breaking even on some orders. We just don't have the margins people think.
