I was able to test this out in the perfect conditions to really see what it’s capable of by having it on a hot day after a long intense workout where I was feeling particularly dehydrated, lightheaded, headache, etc. The hydration power was intense, right away I noticed the headache I had dulled, my eyes shot open, I could think clearly and articulate my words more efficiently, and I all around had more energy. This effect lasted maybe 1-2 hours and then I went down to a more normal level. It may have felt more intense due to being so dehydrated? I noticed that my incredibly sore limbs from my workout eased up their tension. Initially, I was put off by the smell since it has the same scent as a selenium supplement I owned in the past and it is a distinct odor. The scoop they included was the perfect size to match the spout of a regular plastic bottle. It mixed easily with my water and didn’t have any clumping issues like some electrolyte brands do. The color was sort of a gross green color though which didn’t make it any more appealing with the odor. The taste is okay as it almost tastes like nothing, but I do still feel the need to down it. That's going to be tough, as those are needed to make any taste come across as natural.
