With the release of the new products, I already know I’m putting in an order lol. I just need help figuring out which magnesium is best for sleep? I’m not familiar with these forms.

This has been my major concern as well. I bought their 6 month bottle of Magnesium L-Threonate because I was severely deficient in magnesium from a blood test. I had been having bouts of anxiety/sleeplessness and ever since I drank mag L-Threonate, my condition has improved a lot.

Research has been done that the L-Threonate form crosses the BBB very well. Just wondering if TauroMAG does as well because I want to try it due to the benefits of Taurine.

AT is Tauromag, and you can see it significantly increased brain magnesium levels.
