Any updates on EC or hints on what month it’s releasing? Also a quick question, since 100% of the ec other brands sell is fake how can we be sure if the studies also used real ecklonia cava and if the effects of it aren’t from a different supplement?

Thank you so much for the detailed response. I’ve always been a bit skeptical because I’ve heard ecklonia cava has DHT reducing effects which helps hair growth, yet enhances erectile quality by a large margins along with performance enhancing benefits which are the exact opposite of what you’d expect from cutting down DHT.
If you don’t mind me asking, what have you noticed so far from experimenting with REAL ecklonia cava, what are some effects we can expect?

I have absolutely noticed more hair growth on it; almost annoyingly so. Having to shave and get haircuts more often is annoying, but I guess it is better than the opposite problem! I've noticed less inflammation on it. Interestingly, I have also noticed being able to handle sun exposure better. I have always been very resilient to sun damage, but I would get red if I stayed out too long in the sun. It's not scientific, but I accidentally stayed out in the blistering AZ sun for too long a couple weeks ago, and normally I would have at least been a bit red and felt pain in a hot shower. However, I didn't notice anything this time. I didn't really think anything of it, but then I saw this study.
Among the phlorotannins, dieckol showed higher effect than that of the other phlorotannins in the both assays; especially the value of dieckol in the tyrosinase inhibition assay was relatively higher than that of a commercial tyrosinase inhibitor (kojic acid). The UV-B protection effect was evaluated via DCFH-DA, MTT, comet assays, and morphological changes in fibroblast. Intracellular ROS induced by UV-B radiation was reduced by the addition of phlorotannins and cell viability was dose-dependently increased. Moreover, dieckol demonstrated strong protective properties against UV-B radiation-induced DNA damage via damaged tail intensity and morphological changes in fibroblast. Hence, these results indicated that dieckol isolated from E. cava has potential whitening effects and prominent protective effects on UV-B radiation-induced cell damages, which might be used in pharmaceutical and cosmeceutical industries.
The two extracts I am currently beta testing have high dieckol levels. Also, I have noticed that I am not nearly as dark as I would normally be for how long I was out in the sun. I can get VERY tan if I stay out, but this time it stayed relatively mild. After seeing that study, it makes sense. Obviously N=1, and not controlled, but still interesting! I've also noticed a slight calming effect, and better sleep. This could be why.
Overall, pretty neat!
