"Vital Nutrients" declined to share Third Party Lab Testing Certification with me

I emailed Vital Nutrients for Lab Testing Certificiation for their Astragalus extract.
Their response,
"As an FDA-inspected facility we are obligated to test each raw material and finished product as detailed on our website. We are proud of our processes and procedures, which not only meet but exceed the requirements given by the FDA. Staying true to what we do allows us to maintain the FDA registration since 2001. Laboratory analysis results are not a public document we share due to the sheer complexity of the involved processes. We understand that this may not be enough proof to gain customer's trust."
Thoughts? Is this normal?

You want to have a real laugh? Do the same thing for Transparent Labs. Ask them for their lab testing. You will get a response that they will not share that with you. This means they are neither transparent, nor share lab reports! The audacity of naming yourself Transparent Labs, while being neither, is just hilarious to me!
