Can we get Urolithin A in 2024? Update?

Are you able to stock Urolithin A? If not, why? If you can price it the same as Liftmode I am sure you will get sales.
Or do you think an ellagic supplement could increase serum Urolithin A comparable to mitopure?

We were considering it, but then one of our competitors started offering it, and they got sued by Nestle. We could sell it right now if we want, but Nestle is claiming they have patent rights to it. I didn't want to get into a big fight with a company like Nestle, so I held off for now. Nestle might have just not noticed LiftMode yet. It's bullshit. I don't think they would actually win in a lawsuit, but they can bankrupt you in the fight.
