Both are sirt6 upregulators? And from the review page both seems to have similar self reported benefits like body mass composition, more energy, better recovery, gut health and digestion etc.
Any idea how benefits from both contrast?

Fucoidan isn't a single thing. That confuses a lot of people. It's a class of polysaccharides. Think of it like beta-glucans. It should better be named "fucoidans" instead of singular.
