Oh interesting. It seems like customs want duties to be paid on your order and wants to see if you’re going to pay them or if ND is going to pay them.

We reshipped his order DHL Express, thinking it was a nice thing to get him his package quicker, because of Asendia's fuckup. However, then DHL needed a power of attorney to clear it for him, and then started acting like it was a commercial order for resale, because of the size and how many units there were. They also had the commercial invoice from day one, but then they made up this new rule that they needed a composition list to show all ingredients in each product, which is not a thing that is ever asked for. Maybe we should have just reshipped USPS, but they lose pacakges all the time, and we can never get support. So we paid a bunch more to send DHL Express, thinking it would be quicker and easier, and now here we are...
