After having tried billions maybe trillions of gut health supplements, this one seems to have cured me in just days. It also doesn’t feel like the temporary fixes I’ve had with other supplements. Sort of feels like my whole mouth lungs stomach got an oil change? Don’t know how else to describe it. No idea if it’s just the beta glucans doing all the work
My question is I was taking ginger with it but didn’t have the bad breath fixed until I took the ginger out (stomach pains, discomfort, etc). Does that mean the yeast extracts mechanism is through some gut bacteria? Would that make sense since this is an immune helping supplement? I’m a bit confused

Wow, crazy. For how long you've been doing that? Which supplement is it because I Googled 'yeast extract but all results are some random powders 🤷♂️
