Supplements for considerable DHT increase?

I am a little baffled about how hard it is to find some reliable sources about what supplements can increase DHT. Is there any herb or substance that can increase DHT/5-a Reductase that nootropics depot has?

pregenenolone will convert to progesterone, and increase T as well.
Wouldn't it be pregnenolone's conversion to dhea that leads to testosterone increase, and then dht via 5ar?
Pregnenolone conversion to progesterone would lead to an increase in dihydroprogesterone, and then allopregnanolone via 3α-HSD

Yeah, that's correct. Brain fart. Overall picture is the same, though. You increase testosterone, then increase conversion to DHT through 5AR.
