Sort of surprised this thread hasn't been made yet..
I bought a bunch of stuff I've tried before and I know I like as well as a bunch of their new stuff I hadn't got around to trying yet. Recently was able to get my rx ADD meds again, so a lot of this is to mitigate damage from that; others for general health stuff or genetic predispositions.

Stuff I've tried before and am re-purchasing:
* Micromag powder
* Pomella powder
* Lemon Balm powder
* L-theanine powder
* PanaMax
* OmegaTAU
* Berberine Phytosome
* Cyanidin 3-Glucoside
New stuff:
* Optim-ALA (for add med comedown)
* P5P (genetically require more of this vitamin I recently learned)
* Erinamax
* Isoliquiritigenin
* Kanna
* Infini-C (for add med comedown)
* Tiger Milk
* Salidrosol Quick Dissolve Tablets
* Lion's Mane Mushroom 8:1 (don't know how I've gone a decade dabbling in Noots and never tried Lion's Mane before. Will start Erinamax first to gauge its effects before switching to this for a bit, then ultimately combining them).

dahm so your pretty knowledable then about all this. i only got into it much more recently. as to my understanding the coinds that we pumping now are likely ones to get into an ETF basket when they go live

New coins in an ETF? Nah. The SEC is dragging its feet on even approving a BTC spot ETF, due to manipulation of the markets (or so they say). They have come out and said any ERC token or pre-mined coin they consider unregistered securities. They will never approve an ETF with those in there. They might approve an ETH one someday, but we are mostly hoping for a BTC spot ETF at this point. I think it is going to happen in the next two months, which is why we are seeing the SEC going after exchanges and settling lawsuits right now, like with Binance. They are clearing the way to have an excuse to approve the BTC spot ETF. They are likely going that direction because big players like Blackrock and Fidelity have applied now, so the people that actually control what happens in this country have a vested stake in it being approved.
