Yes, it is fine. It's just absorbing moisture from the air. Is it humid where you are? We are considering switching the Infini-B bottles to HDPE instead of PETE. HDPE is better at stopping water permeation, whereas PETE is better at stopping oxygen. For Infini-B, oxygen isn't really an issue, so HDPE might be a better choice. I actually thought our Natrium bottles were HDPE, as our white ND bottles are. However, we just looked and they are PETE, so we just need to have a run of hinge guard HDPE bottles.
