So, when is this Boron supposed to kick in?

Been taking 6mg per day for 2 days, I don’t feel much beyond a slight “high”. I was lead to believe there will be crazy libido and energy…but?!

Just an anecdote: I took 12mg for approximately a month. Amazing benefits to libido and energy. Eventually started getting joint pain which led me to throwing my back out for a couple weeks. Tried again a few months later and started getting similar joint issues that completely stopped after ceasing the boron. Do I know for sure boron was the cause? No. But it is fairly likely. When I take it now I do 12mg for 2-3 weeks, then 3-6mg for a month or two. Since implementing this I have had zero issues and all benefits.

6mg is a good daily maintenance dose for most people.
