MicroMag and MicroZinc Causing Abdominal Pain and Loose Stools

My GI tolerates legitimate unadulterated magnesium threonate and glycinate, as well as most amino acid chelated zinc forms with little to no issues. However, when I take microzinc or micromag, I get sharp abdominal pains, questionable gas, and loose stools (or diarrhea in the case of micromag).

Any product experts or anyone who knows the biochemistry of digesting the sucrosomes can help?
I personally am wondering if this means I have issues digestion the sucrose ester layer thing, causing me to not absorb the zinc and magnesium and subsequently having it stay in my GI tract and irritate it. How'd you get rid of your SIBO, if you don't mind me asking?

I took activated charcoal every hour for a whole day, till I had nothing in my system by that. Then I took high doses of Visbiome probiotic with Epicor to help build my probiotics back up. I also had a pretty strict diet for a few weeks to starve the bad bacteria of what they were using to grow. Shit sucked!
