Y'all are typically on point with the the transparency it's frustrating that I can't just ctrl+r "vegan" on a product page to find out.
Eg I needed to search reddit to find out the softgels aren't vegan. And The only way to find out that the KSM-66 you guys use isn't vegan is to search milk which not everyone may know is used to make Ksm-66. On that note, I wish you guys used the vegan ksm-66 I'm not a fan of shoden or sensoril.

That would be lovely.
I think you have more vegan customers than you might expect. We are used to having to dig for this info ourselves, or relying on assumptions (or not, and simply avoiding unknowns), so have no reason to make ourselves known. And as you can see here, when we do so, we are often not treated very well.

Making it easier for people to know what is in the products is always a good thing. We pay a lot more for veggie capsules that are stable than we would if we just went bovine gelatin for all our capsules. However, I know then we alienate customers like you, so we choose to spend the money on high quality veggie capsules. We just don't relay that information well enough. I will work with the team on improving that!
