Magnesium glycinate powder…holy fuck 🤮hands down the most disgusting thing I’ve tasted

You are likely taking magnesium oxide mixed with glycine. Glycine tastes sweet. Magnesium oxide tastes fairly neutral. Fully chelated magnesium glycinate tastes bad. Most brands are using "buffered" magnesium glycinate, which is just a simple mixture of the two together. Fully chelated means all the magnesium and glycine molecules are bound together with a coordinate bond. Of course taste is extremely subjective and variable, so you might just taste things differently than most. However, I would be curious to hear how you describe the taste of our fully chelated magnesium glycinate.
