Given the hefty price tag on both, I can only go with one for long term usage.
I’ve bought the LM 8:1 and the effects are great @2 capsules a day. I don’t feel much of anything at one tablet of erinamax…

Diagnosed with two cervical spinal lesions in March 2022. Disease called transverse myelitis with percent chance of MS and NMO (devics disease). Will share more details if the results I've been getting from Erinamax and tigersmilk continue. It's too good to be true for now but each day some of my nagging issues are improved. These are wreched neurological disorders and I would never make claims that Erinamax+ tigermilk has cured/healed me. However knowing how disabled I was and how closely I monitored my recovery I am extremely tuned into the remaining issues and know every aspect of nerve sensation that one can experience when their spinal cord falls apart and then the subsequent inflammation goes away and healing begins. Will report back in another month if my recovery continues to improve.
I went from running multiple ultramarathons a year to not being able to walk when the initial attack happened in March 2022
