Best coq10 product?

Whats the best bang for buck coq10 product? ND has coq10 powder, CoQH-CF and CoQsol-CF. I couldnt tell the difference by reading the descriptions, except the latter 2 are more absorbable but that can be done by just taking more of the regular coq10. I take a statin so want to make sure I am not low on coq10

Ubiquinol is just much more expensive. Most people would be fine with a higher bioavailability ubiquinone. I always suggest people try CoQSol-CF first, as that is a better bang for your buck. CoQ10 raw material prices also went CRAZY during the pandemic. Like absolutely batshit insane. We're talking 5X increase in raw material costs. Luckily it seems to have leveled off a bit, but we are still much higher than pre-pandemic pricing. Suppliers claim it was due to a massive increase in CoQ10 demand, and a big drop in production capacity.
