It does so many different things for me that I’m just blown away. My sleep has improved, my skin is looking smoother, my mood has been better, my mind has been clearer, I have so much more energy through the day especially after meals, I’m more social, and libido and performance in bed have been great. I did expect it to be more in your face with energy, it is a bit on the subtle side, but its definitely there. I think this could replace a lot of things in people’s stacks. I’ve always been a fan of learning about vitamins/minerals and B vitamins have always been that magical group I found hard to nail down because it’s such a large group. But they have such a widespread effect on a number of areas of health that I’m so glad ND made this. This is one I want to share with family and friends!

LOL, if my marketing team ever called a product of ours that was released less than a week ago "a total sleeper," I would slap them across the face with a wet salmon.
