Mitidol Dose. You recommend 1/2 of what the manufacturer does.

I was just curious about the dose of Mitidol. Nootropics Depot product is 350mg and recommends taking 1 capsule daily.
On the Indena website, however, it recommends a dose of 350mg twice a day.
Why does ND recommend 1/2 the dose the manufacturer does?

That's correct you do recommend the same dose I apologize for the wording. I've always respected that you have gone the extra mile for safety and purity so I understand the recommendation of 350 mg A-day and appreciate erring on the side of caution.
I guess I'm just wondering how effective it's going to be if I'm not taking the dose the manufacturer recommends. It seems their research indicates its benefits are at the dose of 700mg a day divided into two doses. I'll start with one and see how it goes and increase if needed.
I've been using your boswellia phytosome and it has worked very well for inflammation and helped improve my mood.

Many times we find brands and manufacturers err on the high side. They make more money if people take more, right? However, sometimes a lower dose/frequency is fine for most. I would prefer to err low, and let people decide to take more if they want, than make people think they have to take two every day. That being said, I recently broke my wrist, so I have personally been taking two a day of Mitidol with good effects. That was a use case that I could justify it. What I do think we should do is modify our label to say 1-2 a day, so people know they can go up. I'll speak to my graphics team about that.
