It should be back for US customers soon. This is why I didn't make a big deal about it when we enabled it. PayPal approached us, and asked to work with us again. I had a long call with them about our past issues, and how I didn't want some dumb policy issue screwing things up again. They assured me that their systems were different now, and the only restrictions they had were for a few products to Brazil, Japan, and the EU. Someone on their implementation team said that their new systems would automatically disallow PayPal payments if any of those items were in someone's cart to those countries, so we enabled it. Well exactly what I thought would happen did. They freaked out over capsule machine and scale sales to Brazil and the EU, and froze our account... Luckily our rep is working with the policy team to get us unfrozen. However, for now we have to restrict the PayPal option to US customers only. They said they would get it taken care of within the next 5 business days, so we are waiting on that now. Always a fun time!
