Literally no bacopa extract on the planet has binding assay data proving it doesn't bind to 5-HT2B... That's not how any of this works. Bacognize, Synapsa, Bacomind, etc. None of those have receptor binding data showing lack of affinity to 5-HT2B. The fact that we are even planning on running this is outside of the norm. If our in-vitro binding assays show 5-HT2B affinities, I will certainly bring it up at that time. I highly doubt that will be the case, though, as there is no evidence that it does. It's not even a 5-HT2A agonist. It's a positive allosteric modulator. I'll eat an entire top hat if it turns out to have 5-HT2B agonist effects.
