I’ve been concerned there’s something different in recent batches because mine does not smell like syrup anymore… it smells like sawdust and doesn’t work all of a sudden.

We actually ran testing of the batches side by side, to see if we could see any differences in the chromatograms. They look identical. Assays were all very similar, too. They all had between 10.1% and 11.5% oroxylin-A. The baicalein and chrysin numbers were similar as well.

That's about as close as it gets. The colors varied slightly, and two of the batches clumped more than the others, but that's about all we could tell for differences.
