Beware: Cognance might be impairing your cognition.

I have been taking Cognance for two weeks now. 5 days on, 2 off. I added it to my already existing stack, which, on the acetylcholine side of things, already consists of 50 mcg Hup-A, 50 mg Ginkgo, 700 mg DHA, 800 mg ALCAR, 75 mg Citicoline, 150 mg and Alpha-GPC, just to name a few.
Prior to Cognance, focus was great. After having introduced Cognance, my focus was sharp on MONDAYS, but really suffered thereafter. I took Cognance out of my stack, and I felt great again.
What was going on?
After some research, I came across this study, which put forth the following:
“For instance, while modest activation of M1 enhances synaptic plasticity in the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex (PFC) [18, 19], excessive M1 activation induces a disordered increase in pyramidal neuron activity [18, 20], and this may impair cognitive function [21, 22].”
So, adding a M1 PAM to my already cholinergic stack might be causing this. I have now lowered my Cognance dosage down to 20 mg, along with my stack. I’ll be assessing and seeing what happens.
Hope this helps! Please share your experiences below.

You're way too heavy on the choline/acetylcholine side of things with that stack. You are overloading your ACh system, even with the lower dosages. Huperzine-A can be tricky in stacks. I'd drop that first.
