We've been working on it for a while! Sourcing real Ecklonia cava is a lot harder than it sounds, and there are no compendial method or BRMs. Everyone is just selling untested shit claiming to be Ecklonia cava. It always takes us a lot longer to actually do things right, and make sure everything is validated and confirmed in the lab BEFORE we sell to customers. Everyone else just YOLOs it and hopes for the best. You'd think at the bare minimum companies would try to ensure the identity of what they are selling, much less purity/active concentration. It makes it seem like we are slow, when we are just the only ones actually holding ourselves to a proper standard. We'll get there, and soon! We just won't rush it.
Also, many people on here have called us a lab that just happens to also sell supplements. I thought that was a poignant way of putting it. Well I can officially state that now our lab department has more employees than any other department! LOL. We truly are a lab that sells supplements, as there are more people working in our lab than anywhere else in our organization. I am also buying us a fourth UPLC from Waters, to help speed along method development. Everything we do is in furtherance of the lab side of things. Rest assured, we are not just sitting on our hands and dragging our feet. We are working as fast as we can to develop all these new methods for products that don't have them. 2022 was a big year for product releases. We've released 53 new products in the past year! 2023 is going to be another big year of new product releases, so stay tuned!
