According to ND, how reliable are delayed-release capsules?

I recall ND doing some tests on conventional delayed-release capsules, and getting varying results.

Wonder how reliable HPMC capsules are, provided with additional coating. For example

I have not tested those capsules specifically, but Evonik is a German company that does a lot of pharma stuff. I'd trust them over other suppliers. I'll see if we can get some samples to test.
