Krill Oil Strongly Smells of Menthol

Has anyone else noticed this, I finally figured out that it was the Krill because everytime I was getting my supplements together it would smell like someone opened up a bottle of toothpaste. The other day I put my nose to the Krill and bam, hard hitting like fill your nostrils with minty fresh. This is my second 180 count bottle and I really don't remember my first one smelling like that. I was looking at the ingredients and I just can't imagine what it would be, did one get punctured? It's really bizarre and I have been taking them for a few weeks before I noticed. Just really like to know why it's so strong, it almost turned my stomach with it's intensity.

We are adding scent packs to all fish oil based bottles now. They are lemon mint, and they look like desiccant packs in the bottle.
