Berberine Phytosome

This form of berberine is mind-blowing. I have taken regular berberine for 8 months, but I can only tolerate 400mg at one time before I run into gastrointestinal issues. I have tried the one with silymarin but it makes me feel really strange as if my thoughts were clouded. I have tried DHB (Dihydroberberine) and found it great for blood sugar management, but it does not produce any cognitive effects after the meal. Regular berberine gives me a nice boost in energy and mood that last a few hours. DHB fails to recreate that. Berberine Phytosome is insane. It feels like a very concentrated dose of berberine that last much longer without any gastrointestinal side effects. What in berberine is responsible for this positive cognitive effect and why does the phytosome version enhance it so drastically?
Thanks for your time.

Thank you for bringing this to market. I will be buying it for the rest of my life. Do you think this phytosome version still retains the gut benefits of traditional berbeine? Maybe because it is more bioavailable, it doesn't have that great of an effect on the gut microbiota. I found this online.
"Numerous studies have demonstrated that due to its low bioavailability, BBR can interact with the gut microbiota, thereby exhibiting altered pharmacological effects."

That's harder to say. I would think it still does affect gut microbiota. However, does it affect it as much as free berberine would? I think we would only be able to say for sure with a direct study comparing them.
