What is the difference in potency between Bacopa monieri from NOW product vs ND product

Someone mentioned that there might be differences in standardization (UV-VIS vs UPLC vs HPLC).
Can someone clear these things for me?
NOW product: https://www.nowfoods.com/products/supplements/bacopa-extract-450-mg-veg-capsules.
ND product: https://nootropicsdepot.com/bacopa-monnieri-extract-powder/.
Mention from the mods about standardization: https://www.reddit.com/r/NootropicsDepot/comments/ge4eer/comment/fple3c8/?utm\_source=share&utm\_medium=web2x&context=3.

So I want to know which one is more potent and decide which one to try.
Like this NOW product seems like a more potent one with 450 mg / 40% min bacosides vs
ND 300mg / 24% min bacosides.

Anyone using UV-VIS to standardize bacopasides in 2022 is doing it just to mislead consumers. Everyone in this industry is aware of the inaccuracies in UV-VIS testing in this industry now. Hell, we brought it up in 2015! All the brands out there now know that UV-VIS is not an accurate way to test bacopasides; NOW especially so. Our lab director was actually speaking to the lab director of NOW at the AOAC conference a couple months ago. She knows what she is doing. That means the decision to keep using UV-VIS is likely a business one, not a scientific one. Anyone still doing it should be called out publicly. The numbers are just wrong.
Our 24% bacopasides by UPLC is the most potent bacopa we have ever tested in the lab. We worked very hard to both develop accurate UPLC methods for testing it, and worked really hard with a ton of suppliers in India to get exactly what we wanted in an extract. Our 24% bacopa is about as good as it gets.
