How Trustworthy Are Supplements?

Glad to know my efforts over the years are appreciated!

To answer the greater question posed by the post, not trustworthy at all. The shit I have seen in the background, and the results we have gotten from our lab testing, has made me very jaded at the entire industry. We just found etizolam in one company's "natural extract" product! Almost all the top results for products on Amazon fail our testing, but stay up there because of free products and fake/paid for reviews. Everyone just lies and makes shit up. Nobody is doing proper lab testing or quality control. After ten years of this it's just exhausting. Even on the linked post people are saying "Who cares?" Sometimes it feels like nobody really does.
