Strongest supps for anxiety/depression on the site?

It’s hard to find the right supplement company but I wanted try ND, there’s so many things though it’s a lot to take in. I’m wondering what you guys think are the strongest things that will actually make a difference. Also the best mental clarity/focus nootropic on the site in your opinion, any help is much appreciated!

I’ve had one time where a certain passion flower extract hit me SO CLOSE to a benzo it was nuts…. I also haven’t taken Gotu is a LONG time but that and Holy Basil work great. EMOXYPINE is the clear winner here though. I wouldn’t wanna get on it forever though.

It probably was a benzo. We have started to screen products for things like that, and we have already found etizolam in a product purporting to be a natural extract.
