I have moved it to my fridge, but realize I should have been storing it in the fridge the whole time. It smelled fine when I first got it. Is it still okay to consume as is?

It's fine. The fish oil lysine complex just has a fishy smell. Nothing to worry about. It's very stable as the lysine complex. We now put odor packs in the bottles to help mitigate the smell.
