We can't know without testing your specific tart cherry juice you are using, as they vary wildly. They range from 0.0213% on the low end to 0.0722% on the high end in the below study.

Most of the tart cherry extracts out there are not standardized, and their anthocyanin is very low. The ones that are standardized we have only found them to contain around 0.8% anthocyanins or less, and even then they fail assay. Ours is 10% anthocyanin, so it is literally the most potent tart cherry extract in the world, and it is not even close.
Here is a UPLC chromatogram of our 10% overlayed on a bunch of competitor samples.
One tablet of ours is going to be much more potent than any other extract on the market. However, I have not personally tested juices. Until then, we can only speculate what your juice might have.
