What is the difference between Turkesterone and Beta Ecdysterone ?? Please compare and contrast the similarities and differences plus uses of these two “bodybuilding” supplements. I am currently using ND Beta Ecdysterone and am quite happy with the strength increases.

They are very close structurally. They differ by a single hydroxyl group. This is why the chemistry is more complex to separate them and quantify them properly. You need to get specific with your chromatography to ensure you separate the peaks from each other, or you will be quantifying the combination of the turkesterone and beta-ecdysterone peak together, which is what we think people are doing. Well most people are just not testing period. The ones that do are using shitty chemistry to get faulty data. I'm not convinced that turkesterone really has much different of an effect to beta-ecdysterone, to be honest. I still need to do some beta testing of my own, though.
