Yeah, I have been trying to fix that. The support beacon is a super powerful tool, and we wrote a ton of articles for customers to streamline things. Then it randomly decides to move itself where it wants to go, and fixing it is less easy than it sounds. Then Bigcommerce recently did an "upgrade" that changed the default URL structure for things like terms and conditions. Well that broke the link we had to the support beacon, so I had to set up a redirect to the appropriate URL to fix it. Bigcommerce automatically changing shit is getting annoying!
