Was there an issue recently with scoring certain types of tablets or were some changed to non-scored permanently? Noticed my lemon balm (arrived ~ a couple weeks) wasn’t scored this time.

Also, has anyone had success breaking non scored lemon balm tablets in half? I prefer the half dose.

Yes, our partner down the street that ran the tablets for us didn't score them, even though they were told to. It's not permanent. All our in-house tooling is scored.
