Using slightly coded language here so as not to get auto modded......
So I have been feeling sick recently and just did a test and tested positive for a certain illness that has been affecting the world recently.....anyways I am planning to start a supplement stack to mitigate it's effects as much as possible.
I was doing some research about Andrographis and I came across this somewhat recent study:
https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2022.01.01.22268609v1
Anyone have any thoughts on this? Should I hold off of taking Andrographis???
Also, my current supplement arsenal consists of mostly herbs and medicinal mushrooms: cordyceps, Reishi, shittake, poria, Andrographis, cistanche, chaga, skullcap, turkey tail.
Will any of these do me any good? I am currently traveling/living abroad so I don't really have the option to obtain anything else at the moment.

That study is preprint and not yet peer-reviewed. Be careful about reading non-peer-reviewed preprint articles and taking their findings at face value. Tons of papers are torn apart in peer review.
