Natrium Coffee Replacement Powder Stack
Original post in this thread

Has Natrium ever considered doing a mushroom based coffee replacement powder (to mix in hot water)?
There are a lot of these products out there but few if any would have your quality/consistency of ingredients.
On a similar note, does anyone currently use the chaga powder from ND in this way?

Curious if you guys have done in house science on ground vs bean?
I also grind my coffee, mostly for taste though. Do some of coffee’s health benefits get lost due to oxidation? If so, is it known if it happens in a matter of days or just hours? Is there anything you could blend it with in a mix to slow this down?

We have not done any science on that, but fresh ground always tastes better. I would imagine some of the volatile organics are lost, which could affect the effects some. I think mostly it is the taste, though. There is not much you could add in. You would need to do the whole process in an environment purged of oxygen by nitrogen. You need special packing machines for it.
