Can you clarify the distinction between "target effect" and "rounded effect"?

I am trying to under stand the differences in terms or benefit from the 10% vs the 50%.

So the 50% is more targeted at the blood flow/libido aspects. The 10% is more rounded in that it has all sorts of other effects. It has the blood flow effects as well, but also mood boosting and stress reducing effects that make it more complex. We refer to those extracts as "pharmacologically complex."
