I recently bought HGW, both the 10% and 50%, for the libido, blood flow and testosterone effects however I am pleasantly surprised by the mood lifting and anxiety reducing effects of the 10%. It has become my daily morning go to supplement for those reasons. I haven't noticed any of the purported sexual benefits so far with the 10 or 50%. I know there is individual variation so I am curious to know if any one else has a similar experience. The only thing that has consistently helped with libido and sexual performance is Tongkat Ali.
