The awesome people who run operations to make sure all of us get our fresh new releases. From a logistics side, you guys and girls do an amazing job to be able to ship same day on release day. I order at least monthly and I haven't had 1 package go unshipped for more than 4 hours.
This also means when you drop on Thursday, I always know I get my stuff delivered on Saturday rather than Monday.

Thanks for the recognition! I will make sure my warehouse team sees your post. It's not easy keeping things running as smoothly as we do, believe me! It's nice to know those efforts are not going unappreciated!
