Remember, initial doses can give you some info, but using it for a bit longer before making a determination of how you responded is always best. For the 10% icariin, what really made me realize how much it was affecting me was when I stopped taking it. My mood was not as bright, and I didn't have the same motivation and energy I did. Then I started back up on it and my mood went right back to where it was. So often times cycling off things helps you to really determine how much it was affecting you. This is especially true for things that build up slowly in effects.
