Fact is, I have been scarred for life when I had to spend an entire day at customs (two times from different counties so two days) because I ordered things from abroad; I never ever want to experience that again because I really cannot afford to use an entire day to go to a distant city and wait my turn at custom. I would very much buy at ND because of the quality of your products guys. I do have a question: would you provide a refund IF the pack is stopped at custom? I really cannot afford to go there again so if they request I pick up there, I d rather never receive the order and have it sent back to ND. FYI: I live in Germany.

Yes, that is fine. You can have it sent back to us. What all are you thinking of ordering? I can make sure none of them have been giving us issues.
