Is swanson a sketchy brand?

I used their tongkat ali in the past, didn't seem to do a lot. The ND one works great.

Now I take one pill of ND's qnd one pill of Swanson's a day just to empty the box, also maybe it works a little like idk. Should I stop doing that? Could it be toxic?
