Anyone else have trouble using the mobile site? I can’t add things to my cart, the nav bar at the top is just a total whiteout. Works fine on desktop, but the mobile website just doesn’t seem to work for me.

There seems to be an intermittent issue on mobile where the top header is whited out like it won’t load.
I just went to the site on chrome mobile via iPhone and did not see this issue.
The design on mobile is good, except for the bottom navigation bar. I think it takes up too much space while you already have a top header bar. The support icon also floats over the bottom menu bar, so you can’t click home.
I would recommend removing the bottom menu bar and add a slide out menu instead. The slide out menu icon could go where the search icon is.

Thanks for the info. So you are having the same whiteout issue as OP. Very strange.
