About to move and sorting thru my giant tub of supps and as I’m sure a lot of ppl do here from time to time I tend to cycle on and off stuff or only use it occasionally outside my main stacks.
So looking thru my bottles here and noticed that only one had a sticker w an exp date and after poking around the search bar I seen that the last 6 digits on the lot number is the date it was made and stuff usually had 3 years from then maybe more depending but only one bottle I have here has a date I can see.
I’m gonna list some below maybe someone can help.
I’m also trying to check my order history to see when I ordered but I didn’t always order from my acct so may not find everything tbh.

Most things are very stable. We have not really found any degradation in any of the products when stored in normal conditions. The exception to that would be fish oils. Those are less stable, and I personally would not consume them after 2 years from the production date. We are very particular with our fish oils and what we will and will not approve, but they are oils that can oxidize much easier than other things in powder form. Pretty much everything else is extremely stable. Accelon is more stable because of its formulation. Even so, November 2022 is about when I would suggest using that bottle by. The oldest things you have on there are just over 3 years since production, but they are stable. I wouldn't worry about those. For most capsules, I wouldn't really start thinking of throwing them out till year 5. Even then, most things will still be perfectly fine. Things are much more stable than most people realize, as long as they are not stored improperly.
