As many of you know, last year we got our lab ISO 17025 accredited. It was a lot of hard work from my team to do, and we ended up getting a perfect score. Not a single thing was brought up by the auditor. They were impressed at our systems and organization. I was actually surprised. I suppose I shouldn't have been, since we put so much work into things. However, you are always nervous going into things like audits. It's nice getting some validation in all our hard work by independent 3rd party inspectors. I am very proud of my team for everything they put into getting our lab up to the level it is today. We are also part of the NIST (The National Institute of Standards and Technology) proficiency testing program now as well. After we got ISO certified, we signed up as part of the NIST lab proficiency program. This has us participate in lab testing of known samples, and our accuracy/precision in results is plotted against all the other labs participating in the program. The first samples we participated in were actually cannabis products. We are also using our work on cannabis testing to certify our lab with the Arizona Department of Agriculture, which we will then use to become DE…

Your consistent meticulousness, transparency, and genuine concern for quality made me a customer during the Ceretropic era. Since Nootropics Depot, I've only ever seen every aspect of the business improve to the extremely high standards you hold yourselves to today.
I'm sure I'm not alone in saying your outstanding product quality, customer service, and engagement on this platform has made me a customer for life.
Congrats to you MYASD, and to your stellar team!

Thanks for the longtime support! We have come a long way since the Ceretropic days, that's for sure. It feels like a lifetime ago. We have had to pivot and shift many times, and I can't count the hurdles we have had to face. Still, the mission remains the same: we have to advance the lab testing and quality control side of this industry. I still remember the state of the industry when I first got in. I can't believe people were putting that shit into their bodies with no testing or quality control of any kind! We have done a pretty good job of getting people to care enough about lab testing and quality control, but we still have a long way to go to get people to care about the scientific accuracy and validity of the lab data behind the numbers. That's a tougher nut to crack.
